In Lebanon, Israeli attacks on Sunday left at least 38 dead, including 23 killed in a strike north of Beirut, according to the Ministry of Health. In Syria, Israel launched an attack on a residential building in Damascus on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of seven civilians, Syria's Ministry of Defence reported.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel's ongoing actions in Gaza have resulted in at least 43,603 Palestinian deaths and 102,929 injuries. Hamas-led attacks on October 7 killed approximately 1,139 people in Israel and led to the capture of over 200 individuals. In Lebanon, at least 3,189 people have been killed and 14,078 wounded in Israeli strikes since the Gaza conflict began.
