 People online are offering interior decorating advice to President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, after noticing what some have called a “chaotic” room arrangement for television viewing.

The surge of suggestions came after the president shared a photo on X, formerly known as Twitter, showing the couple watching the final night of the 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC) on Thursday, Aug. 22. Vice President Kamala Harris accepted her party’s nomination for president later that evening at the United Center in Chicago, Ill., where this year’s convention took place.

In the photo, the president and first lady are seen standing side by side in a small room, turned toward a TV positioned on a table in front of a fireplace.
