Despite a 30-day deadline to either increase aid to Gaza or risk cuts to military funding, the U.S. confirms its support to Israel will continue. Aid organizations report that conditions in Gaza worsened during this period.
Since October 7, 2023, the conflict in Gaza has resulted in at least 43,712 Palestinian deaths and 103,258 injuries, while Hamas-led attacks on that day left approximately 1,139 people dead in Israel, with over 200 taken captive.
In Lebanon, Israeli strikes have led to at least 3,287 deaths and 14,222 injuries since the Gaza conflict began.
