The exchange of attacks began around midnight on Sunday and continued into Monday morning.
**Russia’s Attacks on Ukraine:**
Ukraine’s air force reported that multiple groups of Russian drones targeted its eastern, northern, southern, and central regions, followed by numerous cruise and ballistic missiles.
Authorities in at least six Ukrainian regions reported hearing explosions. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that more than half of Ukraine’s regions were hit.
“The enemy deployed various types of weapons, including drones, cruise missiles, and Kinzhals [supersonic missiles]. There are casualties and damage,” Shmyhal said on Telegram.
The governor of the central Dnipropetrovsk region, Sergiy Lysak, noted on social media that a 69-year-old man was killed.
Zaporizhia Governor Ivan Fedorov reported one civilian death, though no further details were provided.
In Lutsk, Russian bombardment killed one person and caused damage to an apartment building and an infrastructure facility, according to Mayor Igor Polishchuk.
The Lviv region’s Governor Maksym Kozytskyi stated that the attack also targeted energy facilities, resulting in partial power outages in Lviv and the surrounding region.///
