Ansar fled in the face of resistance from the students

 

Ansar members dispersed in the face of resistance from the students. General students gathered at Dhaka University (DU) after blocking the officials and employees of the secretariat for 10 hours. Later, the members of Ansar dispersed in the face of the combined resistance of the students and the crowd after chasing and retaliating at the gate adjacent to the Press Club of the Secretariat.

This incident happened around 9:30 pm on Sunday. Such a picture was seen on the ground at some of the gates of the Secretariat.   On the surface, the chase and counter-chase started between the two sides at first. At one point, the students took control of the situation with the help of the army and ordinary students. 

Earlier in the afternoon when we talked to the Ansar, they gave a very exciting speech.

Meanwhile, army vehicles came to the Secretariat area to control the situation. Several soldiers were injured when Ansar members threw bricks and mortars. They are undergoing primary treatment.

Earlier, all the gates of the secretariat were closed from 11 am on the demand of nationalization and the secretariat was practically kept inoperative.
