Powerful explosions shook Beirut overnight during some of the heaviest Israeli airstrikes to date. Lebanon's Health Ministry reports 37 killed and 151 wounded in bombings across the country in the past 24 hours.
In the occupied West Bank, at least 18 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Tulkarem refugee camp.
The UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that 21 Palestinians were killed as three UN-run school shelters in Gaza were hit by Israeli forces over two days.
Iran has sent a message to Washington through Qatar, stating it does not seek a regional war but "the phase of unilateral self-restraint has ended," according to an Iranian source via Al Jazeera.
In Gaza, Israeli attacks since October 2023 have killed at least 41,788 people and injured 96,794. In Israel, 1,139 people were killed, and over 200 taken captive in Hamas-led attacks on October 7.
