Live: Israel intensifies bombing in Lebanon as Gaza war nears one-year milestone

An Israeli drone strike on the Beddawi camp in northern Lebanon has killed a Hamas military official, along with his wife and two young daughters. Lebanon’s Health Ministry reports that over 2,000 people have been killed across the country due to Israel’s attacks, including 127 children and 261 women.

In the occupied West Bank, an Israeli airstrike on a refugee camp in Tulkarem has killed 18 people, including a Hamas commander.

Meanwhile, the U.S. carried out airstrikes on 15 targets in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, and Iran’s Foreign Minister warned Israel that any attack on Iran would provoke a stronger retaliation.

In Gaza, Israeli attacks since October 2023 have killed at least 41,825 people and injured 96,910. The initial Hamas-led attacks on October 7 resulted in over 1,100 Israeli deaths, with more than 200 taken captive.
