Gaza’s Health Ministry reports that 42 Palestinians have been killed and 107 wounded in the latest 24-hour period. In Deir el-Balah, Palestinian children are being vaccinated despite the ongoing explosions in Bureij and Maghazi refugee camps, which are not included in the humanitarian pause or vaccination campaign.
The Israeli military’s assault on the occupied West Bank has now reached its eighth day, with at least 33 Palestinians killed and 130 wounded since August 28, primarily in Jenin.
At least six Palestinians were killed in an attack on Namaa College, where people were taking refuge, and many more are believed to be buried under the rubble.
Overall, Israel’s conflict with Gaza has resulted in at least 40,861 deaths and 94,398 injuries. In the Hamas-led attacks on October 7, at least 1,139 people were killed in Israel.
