The governor of Nablus states that the autopsy of Turkish-American activist Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, 26, confirms she was shot by an Israeli sniper during a protest against illegal settlements near Beita in the occupied West Bank.
Israel has acknowledged attacks on Halimah al-Saadiyah School in northern Gaza, where eight Palestinians were killed in tent shelters, and on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, which resulted in five deaths.
The conflict has resulted in at least 40,939 deaths and 94,616 injuries in Gaza. In contrast, the Hamas-led attacks on Israel on October 7 resulted in at least 1,139 deaths.
