**Linkin Park Returns with New Music and Vocalist Seven Years After Chester Bennington’s Death**

**Linkin Park** has returned with new music and a fresh face, seven years after the passing of lead singer **Chester Bennington** in 2017. During a livestream on Thursday, the band introduced **Emily Armstrong** as their new vocalist and **Colin Brittain** as their new drummer. Armstrong will share vocal duties with **Mike Shinoda**, joining returning members **Brad Delson**, **Phoenix**, and **Joe Hahn**.

“This is a very special day for us,” Shinoda said during the livestream. “In the role of Chester Bennington, this afternoon is each of you.” Bennington tragically passed away shortly after the release of the band’s last album, *One More Light*.
